Xello.ng Marketplace
Xello.ng is a marketplace platform that connects sellers to buyers. We do not process payments for item transactions - all payments are made directly between buyers and sellers. The following refund terms apply to platform services:
Platform Services
- Listing Fees: Platform listing fees are non-refundable once a listing goes live.
- Premium Features: Premium listing upgrades and promotional features are non-refundable once activated.
- Subscription Plans: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with no partial refunds. Annual plans may receive pro-rated refunds within the first 14 days.
- Technical Issues: If platform services fail due to technical issues on our end, affected fees may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
Buyer-Seller Transactions
- Xello.ng acts solely as a platform to connect buyers and sellers.
- We do not process payments for items purchased on the platform.
- Any disputes regarding item purchases, payments, or refunds should be resolved directly between buyers and sellers.
- We offer mediation services to help resolve disputes, but are not liable for transaction outcomes.
PassitOn Platform
PassitOn is a platform that enables people to share items they no longer need with others. We do not sell items - we facilitate item sharing. The following refund terms apply to our subscription services:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans may receive pro-rated refunds if cancelled within the first 14 days of subscription.
- Technical Issues: If subscription services fail due to technical issues on our end, affected subscription fees may be refunded or extended at our discretion.
- Auto-Renewal: If you wish to avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel before the renewal date.
Custom Software Development
For custom software development services provided by Lunexcore Limited:
- Before Project Start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee if cancelled before work begins.
- During Development: Partial refund based on milestone completion. Work completed will be billed accordingly.
- After Delivery: No refunds for completed projects that meet agreed specifications.
- Maintenance Contracts: Pro-rated refunds available for unused months if cancelled with 30 days notice.
Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Specify which product/platform your request relates to (Xello.ng, PassitOn, or Custom Development).
- Provide a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
- Wallet credits (where applicable) will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds across all Lunexcore products:
- Services that have been fully rendered and delivered as agreed.
- Digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Customized or personalized products/services.
- Consultation fees and discovery sessions.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (hosting, domains, licenses, delivery fees).
- Transactions disputed after the allowed timeframe.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- You may request a review by our management team within 7 days of the initial decision.
- We will respond to your escalation within 10 business days.
- For Xello.ng marketplace disputes, we offer mediation services between buyers and sellers.
- Our decision after the review will be final and binding.
